INTELLIGENT VALVE PACKS  
  ALL INTELLIGENT VALVE PACKS ARE SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO CUSTOMER SPECS
& CAN CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING

  • (12) 4/3-Way or 4/2-Way Solenoid Spool Valves - these can be the 15lpm NG3 size, the 20lpm NG4 size, the 80lpm NG6 size or the 100lpm NG10 size (all valves are Wandfluh - the very best).

  • (4) 4/3-Way or 4/2-Way Proportional Spool Valves - these can be the 8lpm NG3 size, the 15lpm NG4 size, the 20lpm NG6 size or the 60lpm NG10 size (proportional spools are better than servo valves in most subsea applications).

  • (2) Proportional Pressure Reducing Valve.

  • (2) Proportional Flow Regulating Valve.

  • (1) or (2) separate hydraulic circuits.

  • (2) Externally adjustable Pressure Relief Valves - these can be either stainless steel or titanium.

  • (24) Externally adjustable Throttle Valves - these can be either stainless steel or titanium.

  • (4) Pressure Transducers (to measure the pressure side and the tank side on (2) separate hydraulic circuits).

  • (2) Flow Sensors (for (2) hydraulic circuits).

  • (4) Hydraulic filters (to filter the pressure side and tank side on (2) separate hydraulic circuits).

  • Manifold and valve enclosure can be manufactured from 6061-T6 Aluminum, Type 303 Stainless Steel or 6Al-4V Titanium.

  • All external hardware (exposed to sea water) can be either Stainless Steel or Titanium.
