Andrew Bazeley
President, Designer

Andrew has a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of California, San Diego and has worked in the subsea robotics industry for over 25 years. In the past, Andrew was responsible for the design of several ROV's and AUV's, including the Sprint 101, the Viper and the Atlas waterside security vehicle for the US Navy, Naval Ocean Systems Center. Susan Bazeley
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Susan has an executive level background in telecommunications marketing and joined Tecnadyne eight years ago.  She is in charge of all business operations at Tecnadyne. In addition to these duties, she also manages the sales and marketing department and is the person to contact for contracts or product information and pricing. Brandon Leap
Production Manager

Brandon has been Production Manager of Tecnadyne for the past five years after gaining his first experience in the industry working at SeaCon Brantner. Diane Steele
Material Logistics Manager

Diane is in charge of material procurement, production parts kitting and shipping logistics at Tecnadyne. She has worked at Tecnadyne for 2 1/2 years and came to that position with over 20 years experience in the materials logistics field. She can be contacted at diane@tecnadyne.com

Derrick Schreiber
Electrical Engineer

Derrick is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Derrick is responsible for circuit design, printed wiring board layout and implementation. Landon  Bazeley
Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, Quality Inspector

Landon works full time at Tecnadyne while also carrying a full course load at Mira Costa College in San Diego. Landon's electro-mechanical assembly skills support many production operations at Tecnadyne. His extremely close attention to detail have proven valuable to the company, and he has also begun service as a quality inspector.

Ryan Leap
Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician

Ryan started with Tecnadyne a year ago and has quickly earned a place as a key mechanical assembler of the company's products. Ryan also works as an operator for Tecnadyne's CNC lathe and milling machines.
